Three phases
Discovery
Weeks 1 to 8. Presence, listening, contracting. Closes on an observed session and the Phase 1 Gate.
Design
Weeks 9 to 16. Intervention design and the SIGNAL diagnostic. Closes on all eight competencies at the Phase 2 Gate.
Integration
Weeks 17 to 24. Live practice under supervision, then a recorded capstone, a case study, and an oral defence.
Assessed against eight
Three levels, no fourth. Meets Standard, Developing, Not Yet Met. Every score carries a written justification, because a score without a reason is an opinion with a number attached.
