The programme fee is €8,500, excluding VAT. The first cohort pays none of it. It carries a programme running for the first time and a certificate that becomes ICF-accredited on conversion rather than on the day of graduation, and it is not asked to pay for that.

01Where we are with ICF

Auctus is preparing its application for ICF Level 1 (ACC) accreditation and currently holds no ICF accreditation. We would rather you learn that here than at graduation.

ICF grants accreditation in two stages. Provisional accreditation follows a review of the curriculum. Full accreditation follows once a provider has graduated at least one class of a minimum of five participants who completed the entire programme, within one calendar year of the application submission date.

If you enrol before Auctus holds full accreditation you receive an Auctus Certificate of Completion at graduation, and the ICF-accredited certificate follows conversion. Your route to the ACC credential stands on its own either way: ICF's Portfolio Path accepts 60 or more hours of coach-specific education from any provider, and Auctus delivers 68.5.

If accreditation is refused, section 7 of the student policies sets out exactly what you are entitled to, and the short version is that our failure costs you nothing.

02Three phases, each closing on an assessment

Discovery, weeks 1 to 8

Presence, listening, contracting. Closes on the Phase 1 Gate at week 8: 25 minutes of observed coaching, a SIGNAL case study, and a contracting role-play.

Design, weeks 9 to 16

Intervention design and the SIGNAL diagnostic. Closes on the Phase 2 Gate at week 16: 35 minutes of observed coaching against all eight competencies, and a written intervention design.

Integration, weeks 17 to 24

Live practice under supervision, then the capstone across weeks 22 to 24: a recorded coaching session, a case study, and a 30-minute oral defence in front of a panel.

03What the programme asks of you

24 weeks, 2 live sessions a week, 48 in total. Minimum 90 per cent attendance in every phase. Sessions and your coaching practice are recorded, because that is how observed-coaching evidence is produced and ICF requires that evidence.

A maximum mentor-to-student ratio of one to 4, and a minimum of 8 of your sessions observed and returned with written feedback by a credentialed coach. ICF asks for five observed, three of them written.

This is the part most providers leave vague, so to be plain: if you cannot make the dates, the programme will not work, and we would rather know now.

04What you walk out with

A Certificate of Completion, a verified transcript, and the evidence pack an ICF credential application asks for: every observation, every score, every justification, every hour. The portal that holds it is the same one you use throughout.

The education requirement is met the day you walk out. The credential is not. ICF also asks for 100 hours of client coaching, 75 of them paid, and the ACC exam. Nobody here can do those for you.
